The "Waters" automatic flushing toilet is a clean and hygienic self-contained toilet. As long as there is power, it can provide a sanitary flushing toilet even in areas without a sewage system. Unlike conventional toilets that use a combined septic tank, it is self-contained and does not require a discharge point for treated water. Therefore, it has an extremely low impact on the surrounding environment and does not require application to local governments for installation. The bio-type septic tank "Bain System" equipped in Waters was developed as a toilet for the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's field training sites and has been introduced to military bases nationwide as a procurement item by the Ministry of Defense since fiscal year 1992. Its durability for continuous use by large numbers of people has been proven during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the Winter Nagano Olympics. Since fiscal year 2001, it has also been recognized as a product for improving the image of construction sites by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, contributing to the improvement of labor environments. Because "Waters" is a self-contained unit, it is easy to install and can be relocated after installation. It is effective for installation in riverbeds where relocation is anticipated and in disaster response bases, among other locations.

We will introduce a case where the installation of toilets that take into account the surrounding environment and can be comfortably used by tourists and other users was requested.

We would like to introduce a case of installing a water-flush bio toilet at "Shimizu Kuniaki's Forest and Lake Paradise" located in Fujikawaguchiko Town, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture. At this facility, the existing toilets (soil treatment type) had deteriorated. Since the area is registered as a UNESCO Eco-Park of the Southern Alps, there was a demand for the installation of toilets that consider the surrounding environment and provide comfort for tourists and other users.
